Como: Capital of Silk Printing
For centuries, the shores of Lake Como have been home to the finest silk workshops in the world. The combination of glacial water and generational dyeing skills yields rich colors that print cleanly onto both sides of silk twill fabrics without bleed.
"A signature scarf is a canvas. It captures historical geometries and frames them around the neck."
Hand-Rolled Artisan Edges
Our Sorrento Scarfs feature edges rolled and stitched individually by hand. A single seamstress rolls the silk hem outward and catches it with tiny, blind stitches, creating a rounded border that no machine loom can replicate.
